大久保友司
寿司職人。1986年愛知県岡崎市生まれ。
10歳の頃に寿司職人を志し、
18歳で名古屋にある寿司屋で8年修行。
その後すしの善衆に店長として入社。
女将さんが引退されると知り、
5年後に引き継がせていただくことを決意。
そこから52年の歴史と想いを背負い、
寿し友司とオリジナルブランドを創るなど
日々寿司と向き合い挑戦している。

sushi chef. Born in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture in 1986.
Aspiring to be a sushi chef when he was 10 years old,
At the age of 18, he trained at a sushi restaurant in Nagoya for eight years.
After that, he joined Sushi no Zenshu as a store manager.
Knowing that the proprietress is retiring,
Decided to take over after 5 years.
Carrying the history and thoughts of 52 years since then,
Creating an original brand with Tomoji Sushi
I face sushi every day and challenge myself.
