Our Commitment
山恵園では、自然の循環に寄り添った平飼い養鶏を行っています。
鶏たちはストレスの少ない環境で自由に動き回り、健康な体を育んでいます。
飼料は植物性中心、非遺伝子組み換えのものを使用し、抗生物質を極力排除。
鮮度にもこだわり、産卵後すぐの発送で最高の状態を保っています。
We raise chickens in harmony with nature, using free-range methods.
They roam freely in a stress-free environment, building healthy bodies.
Our feed is plant-based, non-GMO, and mostly antibiotic-free.
Eggs are shipped immediately after laying to ensure peak freshness.

Egg Varieties & Features
アローカナの卵：希少な青い殻。栄養価が高く、マイルドで上品な味。
Araucana Eggs: Rare blue shells. Rich in nutrients with a mild, elegant taste.
ネラの卵：黒い羽の鶏が産む卵。黄身が濃く、深いコクと旨みが魅力。
Nera Eggs: Laid by black-feathered hens. Rich yolk and deep umami flavor.
